Aftab’s Grandfather Expires After His Film’s Release

Aftab Shivdasani’s grandfather passed away on Saturday, just a day after his latest film Bin Bulaye Baarati released. Aftab who returns to silver screen after two years with Bin Bulaye Baarati after the debacle Aao Wish Karein in 2009, was on his way to Ahmedabad to promot his latest venture when he got this heartbreaking news.
Aftab was taken aback with this news and he immediately took a flight back to Mumbai to join his family in this sad time.
The grief stricken Aftab tweeted, “My beloved Grandfather Shri Bhagwan Shivdasani just passed away. Rushing back to Mumbai, extremely saddened, i pray for his eternal peace. Ironical- On the eve of fathers day, the son of god departs.. to be with the father of all.. happy fathers day. god bless. Still not sunk in…so used to seeing Him at home..now, an empty room.. with a light burning to bring peace to his soul…”
