Ajay Devgn and Salman Khan have recently been bonding over workouts and general fitness. Reveals a source, “When Salman saw Ajay’s bare-bodied look in Singham he loved it so much that he immediately called him up and complimented him on it. Since then they have been discussing and sharing tips on fitness and health. ”When Devgn requested Khan to attach the Singham promo with Ready (releases June 3), the star personally called up his producer Bhushan Kumar and asked him to do the needful. AJ has even promised to show the film to Sallu, on his return from London.
Says an insider, “Everyone knows that Salman goes all out to promote the films he loves. Many people including Aamir Khan’s Delhi Belly, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobaara, Ghayal 2 and Chillar Party have attached their promos to Ready’s prints. “
Bhushan says, “It’s a pleasure attaching Ajay’s Singham with Ready. Salmanbhai put in the request. Ajay has also done a cameo in Ready. All the makers of the top films releasing in the next few months have wanted to attach their promos with Ready. ”
Singham director Rohit Shetty says, “Ajay is dubbing for the promo in London. Ready is looking big and is expected to take a huge opening. Ajay and I had always planned for the first promo to come with it, so he spoke to Salman about it. The film releases in July. ” Source
