1. Not drinking enough water

Also, by staying hydrated, you can control the excess weight. Fatigue is one of the early symptoms of mild dehydration, which is often mistaken for hunger feeling sluggish.

2. Less protein

People who consume too many calories will be difficult to lose weight. Especially if protein intake is not adequate. The body uses protein that can process twice the energy as carbohydrates and fats, which means when you eat protein, your body will actually burn more calories.

3. Eating too many liquid calories

5. Skipping breakfast

Breakfast was perfectly combining complex carbohydrates with protein and a little healthy fat. Bad habit of skipping breakfast makes most people feel very hungry in the afternoon. It makes them consume too many carbohydrates.
