The kidneys are a pair of organs located behind the abdominal cavity and has a main function to filter blood and dispose of waste produced by the metabolism of the body in the form of urine. In addition it also has the function of the kidneys regulate blood pressure, regulate fluid and electrolyte balance, and stimulates production of red blood cells in the body.

The production of urine produced by the kidney depends on the activity and the state of one’s body. In people suffering from lack of fluids in the body (dehydration) caused by a lack of fluid intake, strenuous activity without adequate fluid intake, or during an illness then the kidney will react by holding as many as possible of fluid and electrolytes in the body so that the amount of urine produced will be slightly thick and colored. Vice versa in the intake of fluids in his body enough so that the condition of fluids in the body is not less then the kidney will react by producing more urine and urine will be colored nodes.

Several diseases and symptoms may appear sooner or later if we get used to the lifestyle of the less noticed fluid intake in the body, one of which is kidney stones and urinary tract. Some of the conditions of the body that is suppose to increase the likelihood of kidney stones is the lack of fluid intake, eating lots of food or drink that contains protein, oxalate, and calcium; and people who work sedentary and less active.

Kidney stones and urinary tract are a combination of crystals in a particular state will hold the attraction between the crystal and the other one so it will form a core of rock that is beginning the process of stone formation. This process will run continuously, the rock core will attract other crystalline materials that will form a rock with a larger size and will cause symptoms that are felt by the body when the size of the stone had been able to block the urinary tract. Most of the precursor formation of kidney stones and urinary tract is calcium. To form a stone, calcium does not stand alone but must be bonded to other materials such as oxalate. This one kind of stone found in people who consume lots of oxalate-rich foods such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, cocoa, and spinach. Other rock types are uric acid stones. Higher uric acid stones likely suffered by people with obesity, alcohol consumption, and often consume foods such as meat and offal.

Symptoms and complaints caused one of which is dependent on where the stone. Stones located in the kidney area usually provide word of pain in the rear waist region. Stone located near the bladder usually feels pain when urinating. Urine with blood is also frequently occur due to injuries that occur due to friction with urinary tract stones are skipped.

Kidney stones and urinary tract that is causing the symptoms and problems must be addressed immediately so as not to fall into a more severe condition such as infection. For people who have sedentary jobs should always provide a bottle of water next to you and do not forget to drink as much sitting position is one of the factors triggering the occurrence of kidney stones and urinary tract.

Regular exercise is recommended, but also adjust the intensity of exercise with fluid intake consumed. The higher the intensity of exercise then the more fluid should be consumed. This is done to prevent the body falling into a state of dehydration that is one of the occurrence of kidney stones and urinary tract.
