One can’t deny the fact that there are a lot of expectations from DOUBLE DHAMAAL due to it being a franchise. While it is certainly expected that all four principal protagonists (Riteish, Arshad, Javed, Ashish) coordinate well to make the scene look seamless, audience is also looking forward to the film giving ‘double the entertainment’.“I think now all four of us are pretty much in synch in each other,” says Riteish, “We all have started thinking alike. I don’t think now we would look like four actors just doing our job. We behave pretty much alike and are more like one actor in four different bodies.”
For the uninitiated, DHAMAAL was about four simpletons who come across a treasure worth 10 crores. Though the film ends with the money going to charity, the truth is something else, as revealed in DOUBLE DHAMAAL, with Sanjay Dutt actually keeping all the booty to himself. Once the quartet gets to know about this, it chases down Dutt in a hilarious roller coaster ride.
