Kunal Kapoor Speaks On Shahrukh Khan

Talented actor Kunal Kapoor has been busy shooting for the sequel of DON directed by Farhan Akhtar. The actor is completely kicked about being a part of the DON franchise and is excited to work with the whole unit including Shahrukh Khan.
When quizzed about the experience of working with King Khan, the handsome actor quips, “I think his character G.One is actually semi autobiographical. While we need sleep and food, he is actually a robot and all he has to do is plug himself in or change his batteries and he is good to go again.”
There is a lot of buzz around the movie already and insiders have said that the RANG DE BASANTI hunk is playing a very important role in the movie. The actor who has also been busy travelling all over the country will resume shooting for the movie after Farhan Akhtar wraps up the promotions for his sister’s movie.

Murder 2 Beats Chillar Party At The Box Office

As per the inputs, MURDER 2 took off with collections in the range of 55-65 and even 80 percent, more so in Delhi-UP, East Punjab and Gujarat. In fact the film picked up even more during the latter shows. Given the economics a few sections of the trade have already declared the film a success and it comes as no real surprise as the first day is just a wee bit short of last week’s DELHI BELLY. And that may be because of the weather vagaries in Mumbai city and suburbs.
The other release of the same week, CHILLAR PARTY, despite appearances by Salman and Ranbir, is a washout, and may not complete even a week at some cinemas.
From the older releases, DELHI BELLY has managed a good first week netting 36.50 crore from India which makes it the third best week of the year after READY (70 crore) and DOUBLE DHAMAAL (37 crores).
Even Amitabh Bachchan’s BBUDDAH… HOGA TERRA BAAP has managed a reasonable first week of around 11 crores plus, which is quite creditable given the DELHI BELLY wave and a rather dull to weak first day.

Kareena Says No To Karan Johar For An Item Song In ‘Agnepath’

Its a known fact that Karan Johar is coming up with an action flick starring Hrithik Roshan which apparently is a re-make of Bollywood blockbuster ‘Agneepath’. Now, to add a dash of glamour KJo approached the ultimate diva Kareena Kapoor for an item number in the film, but surprisingly, Bebo refused the offer!
There was a buzz in the town as to which actress KJo would prefer for the sensuous number that happens in the villain Kancha Cheena’s (played by Sanjay Dutt) den. One would recall that that Farhan Akhtar opted for Kareena to replay the veteran item queen Helen in his version of ‘Don’ earlier, when she danced to ‘Yeh Mera Dil’ with Shah Rukh Khan, and which went on to become a super hit number.
Taking cue from the past, Karan Johar and ‘Agneepath’ director Karan Malhotra asked to Kareena to groove for their remake of ‘Agneepath’, but the actress turned her back.
Later a source revealed, “It was a tough call for Kareena. She certainly didn’t want to refuse KJo who is a very close friend. But she did.”

Hrithik Dismisses Any Comparisons With Amitabh Bachchan

The ultimate dancing sensation Hrithik Roshan, who has just wrapped up `Agneepath`, a remake of megastar Amitabh Bachchan`s iconic movie by the same name, says there is no comparison between him and the legend as it was “just another film” for him.
“In my mind, there are no comparisons, because Agneepath for me, is just another film,” he said when asked if he was prepared for the inevitable comparisons when the Karan Johar film releases on January 13, 2012.
“There`s no manipulation and calculation. I reacted to the script instinctively and related to it without a thought for the original Agneepath. And there is no effort to do things differently, but just convincingly,” he said.
Hrithik returned from a month-long schedule of Agneepath in Diu, before leaving for promotions of his upcoming release `Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara`.
“I don`t think I have worked this hard in my entire life…I feel like I have been steamrolled, I must be getting old,” he said.
Hrithik recalled his gruelling schedule, where action sequences were shot on rocky mountainous terrain.
I was dragged on my back and chest. I had ice packs on my knees and elbows and returned home black and blue. I have a zillion scratches and bruises on my stomach,” the 37-year-old actor said.
However, there is a satisfaction of having canned some incredible stunts, he said. “It`s this passion for good cinema that drives you to take all this pressure and pain,” he said.

ZNMD Stars Road Trip - Hrithik & Co. Rock The Stage In Gurgaon

With the big names like Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol coming together, excitement, fun, and loads of entertainment are inevitable. This is what happened here Sunday night as the threesome took stage to perform live.
The three performed amidst large number of fans as part of their promotional tour for their upcoming film “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara”.
Hrithik, Abhay and Farhan created magic on stage as they broke into singing and dancing on their popular song “Senorita”, originally sung by the three of them in the film. They were accompanied by Katrina Kaif and Kalki Koechlin.
The entire cast of the film was on a six-city road trip in a black Range Rover and went through cities like Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Jaipur and with final destination being Delhi.
The anxious fans waited for hours in Ambience mall, Gurgaon, to get a glimpse of their favourite stars whose arrival made the entire mall broke into loud cheers and hooting in their welcome.
Fans` excitement and joy rose as the three started singing the song “Senorita” followed by “Khabon Ke Parindey” from their film that releases Friday. Farhan started the song and later Hrithik and Abhay joined in. As the trio sung their respective parts, they were joined in by Katrina and Kalki, making the fans go loud, pepping them up with cheers.
The crowd`s enthusiasm made Hrithik do his trade mark dancing steps. He bent down on his knees while dancing alongside Katrina and Kalki. He laid down on the floor while Kalki and Farhan jumped across him to land on other side. Abhay seemed a bit shy as he preferred to stay at the back, though he remained on stage throughout the show.
“I just can`t get my eyes off Hrithik he is so hot and so handsome. He`s an incredible dancer. He is just too good. Hrithik made my day today,” said Neha, a student, an ardent Hrithik fan.
“Abhay is so cute,” said another girl while watching them on stage with others.
On the other end, boys were cheering all the way for Katrina dressed in a short orange dress. The live performance made the audience demand for once more. The enthusiasm and craze risen so much that many of the fans were even seen following starcasts` cars as they left the venue at show`s conclusion.

Kissing scenes in Bollywood have always made tabloid headlines.
