6 Positive Habits to be Productive

No matter what you do or where you work now. Everyone is always looking for ways to be more productive in the workplace. For that, there are some positive habits that you should emulate in order to increase labor productivity. Here are six productive habits that you should imitate, as reported by Forbes.

1. Reduce the Number of to-do-list

If you want to be productive, reduce the number of to-do-list you have to do in eight hours. You may not do a lot of things at one time. Focus on what you could probably finish it perfectly.

2. More Frequent Rest

Brain will experience fatigue after thinking for a few hours use. Make sure that you are more likely to take the time to refresh your brain and body to go for a walk out of the room, lunch or a snack, and meditate. Working without a break can actually decrease your productivity.

3. Follow the 80/20 Rule

Only 20 percent of what you do every day to produce 80 percent of your results. Leave those things do not matter as long as you work. For example, stop checking social media.

4. Use Your Morning to Focus on Yourself

Start your day by eating a healthy breakfast, meditate or focus directly work. It will make you have the fuel needed to stay productive throughout the day.

5. Complete the Entire Arduous Task before Lunch

Make sure that you always get the job done or the most challenging weight when your brain is still fresh. Instead, a heavy duty finish all before lunch. This is very effective because after lunch you will feel sleepy or lazy.

6. Stop Doing a Lot of Things

Stop trying to do 10 things at once at a time. You can make your work more effective and efficient by focusing on one task at a time.
