The smell of sweat and sticky often makes many people uncomfortable. But the fact is, sticky sweat and odor that can provide health benefits for the body. Sweating, while not excessive, it is important for fitness.

1. Relieves Pain
Often feel achy and sore in some parts of the body? Exercise and sweating can ease the pain. James Ting, MD of Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine explains that exercise stimulates the emergence of chemical substances in the brain that leads to the production of endorphins. This hormone serves as a natural pain reliever.

2. Clean the Dirt on the Skin
When sweating, the pores will open and remove the dirt that clog the inside, said Whitney Bowe, a dermatologist from Briarcliff Manor, New York. But after sweating do not forget to clean the dirt that accumulates on the surface of the skin so that the skin will stay clean.

3. Remove Toxins from the Body
